I will gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary. The item must be returned in perfect condition within 1 month of your order arrival.
I am not able to accept returns on made to order jewelry and solid gold jewelry.
Costs of returning a purchase is on customers expense

REPAIRS AN CLAIMS

If Your jewelry breaks due to a production error You have the right to claim compensation within 6 months ( 1 year) from the date You purchase Your product. You have to provide valid proof of the date of purchase. You will receive new piece or have it repair free of charge.

SHIPPING

Currently shipping from Pilsen, Czech Republic and Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges, duties an taxes requiered by that countrys important policy. Items may arrive via Czech Post, DHL or Dual.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Czech Republic - 25 USD
Costa Rica - free.

USA, Canada - 19 USD

Europe - 35 USD

Rest of the World - 95 USD
